You are responsible for your actions while driving and participating in a test drive of any motorized vehiles. Southeast Motorcycle is not responsible for any accidents.

In consideration of Southeast Motorcycle, the undersidned for him/herself, his personal representative, heirs and net of kin HEREBY RELESES Southeast Motorcycle, of all liability to the undersigned, whether caused by the negligent act or omission of Releasees of otherwise while undersigned is for any purpose participating in such an event. It is fully understood by each of the undersigned that there is inherent risk associated with this act, including damage to motorized vehicles, and him/herself, the undersigned, fully assume the risks involved.

In addition, the undersigned AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any loss, liability damage, or cost they may incur due to such participation by the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise and AGREES TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISK of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the event whether caused by the ngligence of the Releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is parrticipating in this event.

The undersigned acknowledges that the activities of riding a motorized vehicle is very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Therefore, by signing this waiver the undersigned takes FULL RESPONSIBILITY and ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK UNCURRED.

In signing this release, the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents the following:

1. That he/she is 18 years of age or older.
2. That the undersigned has a valid motorcycle license.
3. That the undersigned has proof that he/she has taken and passed the MSC.
4. The undersigned can verify that he/she has full coverage insurance with the proper documentation.
5. Has proper motorcycle riding attire; DOT Helmet, jacket, pants, gloves and closed toe shoes,
6. The undersigned driver certifies that he/she will not allow anyone other than himself/herself to drive the motorized vehicle.
7. The undersigned also understands that if any employee of Southeast Motorcycle sees the undersigned behavior or manner is in any way threatening, or at risk of putting others in danger, the undersigned will be denied permission to test ride any motorized vehicle and will be asked to leave the premises, no questions asked.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND IDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTEND ALLOWED BY LAW.
